Before you’ve placed your poultry, pour your favorite juice, beer, sauce or other liquid into the integrated cup and place the infusion cone on top. The infusion cone holds the poultry upright and ensures that it bakes completely and thoroughly, and the pan beneath it captures additional juices for basting or gravy. Once you’ve started cooking, fasten the cap atop the poultry roaster to hold in moisture. As it cooks, the liquid within the integrated cup steams, infusing your bird with a delicious and unique flavor.The Weber poultry infusion roaster is easy to clean once you’ve finished cooking, and is completely dishwasher safe. The roasting kit includes ceramic layers for non-stick properties, ensuring that when you’ve finished grilling, the poultry roaster is easy to clean.
