This build-out bag is a stealth version of the popular TECH MCT featuring Veto Pro Pac’s proprietary V-SWAP™ system. Alternative tool pocket panels, all sold separately, can be added & swapped-out enabling tool, gear or job specific storage solutions. The Blackout Build-Out version also has vinyl coated mesh and regular pocket storage on both flap openings. Must purchase two panels for the buildout. The panels available are TMBF -Tool Panel; TMBB – Meter Panel; TMBL – Tablet Panel; TMBS Bulk Storage Panel. 44 Interior & exterior pockets of varying sizes along with electrical tape strap and neoprene pockets for meters/testers. Holds over 50 hand tools with a waterproof base of 3mm polypropylene. Extra wide padded shoulder strap with an articulating/fold-flat handle with over-molded ergonomic grip for comfort.
