The Milwaukee Fluorescent Lighting Tester lets you find the source of your problem when the lights go out in seconds with 3 testing modes. The lamp tester runs on 4 simple AA batteries for quick and easy operation. With a weight of only 1.33 lbs. and soft comfort grip the tester is ergonomic for ease of use. An extendable, 2.5 ft. antenna means that you don’t even need a ladder when you use the ballast tester from the floor in a standard-height room. Simply place the antenna against the bulb and activate the tester for a couple seconds; if the bulb illuminates you know that the problem is in the ballast. The pin tester checks the bulb pins and filaments in seconds and lets you know with a beep if the bulbs are functional. An LED work light lets you check the lights in the dark for added safety.
