    The Makita 8‑1/2 Inch slide compound miter saw has capacity to cuts up to 12 Inch at 90 degree and 8-1/2 Inch at 45 degree. It is powered by a powerful 15 Amp direct drive motor that requires less maintenance and delivers 5000 RPM. Built-in LED light illuminates work area allowing to work with ease even in low light conditions. Ergonomic designed rubberized horizontal D-handle gives better fit and added comfort. The linear ball bearing system is designed to deliver accurate cuts. Electric brake offers maximum productivity while soft start feature ensures smooth start-ups. Large precision machined aluminum base ensures material for more efficient cutting. It is ideal for crown molding installation, finish carpenters, cabinet and furniture makers, wood floor installers, deck builders and general construction. It includes blade, vise, triangular rule, dust bag, extension wings and wrenches.
