This Makita impact wrench kit includes a 18 Volt sub-compact impact wrench, a DC18RC 18 Volt LXT® Lithium-Ion rapid optimum charger, two BL1850B 18 Volt LXT® Lithium-Ion 2.0 Amp-hour battery and a 14 Inch contractor tool bag. The 1/2 Inch square drive impact wrench is perfect for working in tight spaces and for overhead applications. It is precisely designed to provide increased run time, power and speed control for unmatched performance. This wrench has a Makita-built brushless motor, which offers 155 ft-lb of fastening torque and 245 ft-lb of nut-busting torque. User can achieve precise fastening control through the 2-speed power selection switch that is 0 to 1300/0 to 2400 RPM and 0 to 2000/0 to 3600 IPM for a wide range of applications. This electronically-controlled BL™ brushless motor efficiently uses energy to match torque and RPM to the changing demands of the application. Reverse rotation auto-stop mode of wrench aids to stop rotation and impact when fastener is loosened adequately. The Star Protection Computer Controls™ technology allows the Star Protection-equipped tool and battery to exchange data in real time and monitor conditions while in use to safeguard against over-loading, over-discharging and over-heating. Wrench has dual LED light to illuminate the work area. The rapid optimum charger effectively communicates with the battery’s built-in chip throughout the charging process to optimize battery life by actively controlling current, voltage and temperature.
