The Irwin pipe wrench’s drop-forged jaw and easy-to-use adjusting nut are heat-treated, so they resist wear and distortion. The wrench has a hammer head design with a flat space for hammering, which makes it easy to loosen stuck fittings. You can use the Irwin 36-inch pipe wrench on pipes up to 5 inches in diameter, and storing this large tool when it’s not in use is no problem; it has a hanging hook cast into the handle.
