    Crescent HK Porter Cutter 30 In. Industrial Grade Center Cut

    The 0190MC is a 30 In. industrial grade cutter made for general plant maintenance. Center-cut blades will cut soft, medium, and hard materials. The maximum hardness of material that can be cut is Brinell 455/Rockwell C48. The toggle joints turn 50 Lbs. of hand pressure to 4000 Lbs. of cutting pressure. The cutter is designed with a lock plate that keeps the jaws from loosening.
