Assessing alignment within 5/16-inch, the Bosch Self-Leveling Cross-Line Laser enables you to properly install counter-tops and cabinetry, and place tiles, molding, frames, wallpaper and shelves. Battery-operated with two included AAs, a blinking light indicates if the laser lights are out of their 30-foot range. The lightweight cross-line laser is convenient for travel, as its plastic composite body is 0.5 pounds., and measures 2.8 inches long and 2.2 inches wide. It is compatible for tripods with 1/4-inch threading, or with the included MM 2 flexible mounting device, which features a swivel clamp that attaches to surfaces measuring 1/2  – 2 1/4 -inches thick. The Bosch compact cross-line laser is self-leveling at up to 4 degrees.
