The Makita cordless impact driver kit contains XDT14Z 18 Volt LXT® brushless 3-speed impact driver, two BL1850B 18 Volt LXT® Lithium-Ion compact 2 Amp-hour batteries, DC18RC 18 Volt Lithium-Ion rapid optimum charger and 824953-7 tool case. This impact driver features a BL™ brushless motor that delivers a maximum torque of 1,550 Inch lb, maximum versatility and performance for up to 50% longer run time, increased power and speed. Eliminating the carbon brushes, this BL™ brushless motor runs cooler and more efficiently for longer life. It provides variable speed of 0 to 1,100/0 to 2,100/0 to 3,600 RPM and 0 to 1,100/0 to 2,600/0 to 3,800 IPM for a wide range of fastening applications. This driver with battery, weighs only 3.3 lb and has rubberized soft grip that reduces user fatigue and provides increased comfort on the job. Quick-Shift Mode™ selector features an automatic electronic controller that downshifts and minimizes the rotation and impact speed before driving screws into place meanwhile reduces screw thread stripping, screw breakage and damage to the work.
