    The H.K. Porter 0590MC is a 42 In. industrial grade cutter made for general plant maintenance. Center-cut blades will cut soft, medium, and hard materials. The maximum hardness of material that can be cut is Brinell 455/Rockwell C48. he toggle joints turn 50 Lbs. of hand pressure to 4000 Lbs. of cutting pressure. The cutter is designed with a lock plate that keeps the jaws from loosening.
