    Swivel anchor model 7451C is designed for installation into a hole drilled in concrete, secured with a supplied carbon steel heavy-duty expansion anchor, composed of an alloy steel expansion anchor stud bolt with a torque-set safety cap, a steel washer, a collapsible antirotation plastic sleeve, a steel expansion sleeve and steel cone nut.
