    Drill the pilot hole and countersink or counterbore for screws in one easy step! The 82 Deg countersink matches the angle on the head of most screws. Precision machined in the USA with tight tolerances. Made of thru-hardened alloy steel providing long cutting life. 1/4 In. hex power bit shank to fit in impacts and quick-change chucks. Easily adjust or replace drill bit by loosening the hardened set screw that ensures a secure hold on the pilot drill. Take advantage of the Snappy quick-change chuck that is included with this set for a quick and easy change from drilling to driving.


    Drive Shank: 1/4 In. hex power bit shank

    The Snappy countersinks are through-hardened to RC 60 for long life, oversized set screws hold a standard drill bit securely in place

    The 3/8 In. stop collar will allow you to drill a countersink with the screw head flush to the surface

    Remove the collar for counterboring

    The Snappy plug cutter will cut a 3/8 In. tapered plug

    The fit is so tight that no glue is needed to hold the plug

    A chamfered cut on the starting end makes it easy to align grain and start the plug in the counterbore
