    The Makita 7 Inch angle grinder is powered by a 15 Amp motor that rotates at 8500 RPM. The side handle installs in three locations providing great operator comfort in various applications. AC/DC switch allows for use with alternative power source while the barrel grip is easily to hold that makes working more comfortable. The spiral bevel gears offer smoother rotations and a more efficient transfer of energy. Labyrinth construction offers long lasting durability by preventing the entry of debris to motor, bearings and gears. It is perfect for applications including welders, fabricators, masons, maintenance/repair and more. All-ball bearing design and metal gear housing provides long lasting durability. Protective zig-zag varnish seals the armature so that no dust or debris enters. Rear handle trigger switch with lock-off feature requires two actions to start the grinder. The aluminum gear housing offers excellent gear alignment and smoother transmission for enhanced durability.
